As Owner of Easy LIving Services I spend a great deal of time talking with our clients and associates to determine how we can constantly improve care and life experience. Over recent years the industry has grown exponentially and with it many of our competitors are now large franchises operating on a national basis. I have researched extensively as to whether the health care experience would be enhanced by my employing all of our associate caregivers…the answer is No.

There are two primary reasons that the answer to this question is no. First, as an independent professional our caregivers are solely motivated to bring to you a life enhancing experience and build a rewarding long-term relationship, not collect a daily paycheck. Most important is that you control the process and the person, not the employer. The staff of Easy Living Services is not the boss, we are simply the facilitators.
