"My husband is in the medical profession. When my mother needed home care assistance, he had the resources to help us locate the most reliable agency to assist with her needs. One name kept coming up over and over again. That name was Easy Living Services. Our relationship over the course of the years has been one of understanding, good communication and providing caregivers that mom has considered her personal angels. I am glad we made the right choice.

"Easy Living Services Cares..."

I am writing to commend your services and in particular your care-giver, Quartissure Simpson. When Mom made the decision to come home, before going to her real "HOME", your service did an outstanding job of helping our family with a very difficult situation. "Tish" came to be with Mom in her final 5 days. "Tish" was most helpful and trustworthy in a situation that we knew would lead to her final time on earth. Without getting too specific or long-winded, I will just say that Tish was outstanding! I will never forget her final words to me, after she had called to say that Mom had "passed". As I stood at the foot of Mom's bed, looking at her tiny body (only 4'8") in her bed, I said "she looks like a little girl again" (although she was 89 years old). Tish's words were "she's dancing with your Dad right now", to which I responded '"Tish, Dad didn't dance", to her immediate response " but you must understand, they have dance lessons in heaven". It was the Lord speaking through "Tish" and giving me a peace and calm that was not of this world. I am thankful for Easy Living and in particular ''Tish" as she represents an "angel here amongst you?'.

Thanks for letting me share my wonderful experience with your company and in particular "Tish". I must add that the care-giver that was with Mom the day she went to the hospital (Sunday, August 4th), was also most helpful. You have a great company and your choice of caregivers for my Mom in those final days was most appreciated.
